This is my most popular plan. This is a perfect workout routine if you can get into the gym 5 days a week with only two days off of rest.

6 Day Workout

This is for the hardcore gym rat that is willing to get into the gym 6 days a week. You will see maximum results with this program! You better be mentally ready for this one!
